Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Art of Survival sells products that may be prepared and shipped by more than one fulfillment source, including partner-fulfilled supplements and made-to-order apparel or merchandise. Production methods, inventory locations, carriers, and destinations can differ by item, so products in the same order may arrive separately.
This policy explains the general process. The product page, checkout, order confirmation, order-status page, and later fulfillment notices provide the most current order-specific information.
1. Processing time and carrier transit are different
Processing time is the period between order acceptance and release to a carrier. It can include payment review, inventory allocation, production, printing, packing, supplier handling, label review, or quality control.
Carrier transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package. Most made-to-order apparel and merchandise is commonly produced within 2–7 business days before transit. Many partner-fulfilled supplement orders are commonly prepared within 2–5 business days before transit. These are general estimates, not guaranteed ship dates, and can be longer during holidays, stock interruptions, label review, quality-control reprints, unusually large orders, or other operational holds.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is also an estimate unless an express guarantee is displayed for the selected service. Contact us before ordering if arrival by a particular date is essential.
2. Shipping methods, charges, and eligible destinations
Available shipping methods, charges, eligible destinations, and any checkout delivery estimate are shown before payment. They depend on the products, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, and service selected. If checkout does not offer a valid delivery method for an address, we cannot accept that order through the website.
Some products or carrier services cannot be delivered to particular countries, states, territories, military addresses, P.O. boxes, or other restricted destinations. Availability at checkout controls. Promotional shipping offers, if any, apply only under the terms shown with the offer.
3. Split shipments and combined shipping charges
Products may be made and shipped by different fulfillment partners or locations. One order can therefore arrive in two or more packages, on different days, with separate carriers and tracking events. A mixed cart can also combine shipping charges from more than one fulfillment profile. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.
A partial shipment does not necessarily mean another item was omitted. Review each shipping notice and the order-status page for package-level details.
4. Address accuracy, changes, and cancellation requests
Review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit, postal code, email, and phone number before placing an order. Contact support@art-of-survival.com immediately if anything is incorrect.
Orders can enter production quickly. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but an address change or cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has entered production, been routed to a fulfillment partner, or been accepted by a carrier. Some suppliers permit edits only during a short initial order window, and changing the destination country after production begins may be impossible.
Additional production, return, or reshipping charges can apply when a package is undeliverable because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Tracking and shipping notifications
When tracking is available and transmitted to Shopify, a shipping notification is sent to the email address or phone number supplied at checkout. Multi-package orders can generate more than one notification. Some carrier or service combinations provide limited or no end-to-end tracking.
A tracking number can be created before the carrier's first scan. Initial inactivity does not necessarily mean the package is lost. Keep the order confirmation, use the order-status link it contains, and check spam or filtered folders for store notices.
6. Delays
Production demand, inventory changes, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, emergencies, customs review, security screening, labor disruption, inaccurate addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control can delay an order. We will provide the information available to us and make a reasonable effort to help investigate, but we do not control carrier operations or guarantee a delivery date.
7. International orders, customs, and import charges
International delivery is available only where offered at checkout. Products, ingredients, materials, shipment values, or carrier services can be restricted by destination.
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes were prepaid, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, permits, and other destination-specific fees. Customs review can delay delivery. Art of Survival cannot guarantee customs clearance or provide legal advice about importing a product. Orders refused, abandoned, returned, or rejected because of unpaid charges, an incorrect address, or destination restrictions are handled under the Refund Policy, supplier and carrier findings, applicable law, and the circumstances of the order.
8. Packages reported lost or marked delivered
If tracking remains in transit beyond the carrier's expected window, contact us with the order number so we can review the available carrier or fulfillment-partner process.
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, confirm the address, check entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, reception areas, household members, and neighbors where appropriate, and use any delivery-inquiry route offered by the carrier. Then contact us promptly. A loss report or delivered scan does not by itself guarantee a replacement or refund; the outcome depends on the carrier or supplier investigation, the Refund Policy, applicable law, and the facts of the order.
9. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items
Inspect each delivery promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially incomplete, contact us no later than 30 days after delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, packing materials, and affected item. For a supplement, include clear photographs of the unopened container, seal, lot or batch information, and expiration information when relevant.
Do not send sensitive health information. Keep the item and packaging until we advise whether the carrier or supplier needs them. Do not mail anything to the address on a shipping label unless Art of Survival first provides written return instructions.
10. Supplements and made-to-order products
Supplements and ingestible goods: product integrity, seals, safety, and applicable restrictions can affect return eligibility. Do not use a product that arrives opened, leaking, visibly damaged, missing a safety seal where one should be present, or materially inconsistent with the listing. Contact us promptly.
Apparel and merchandise: many items are produced to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit. Verified production defects and incorrect items are handled differently from size, color, flavor, or change-of-mind selections.
Review the live product details and Refund Policy before ordering. This shipping policy does not expand return eligibility or create a product guarantee.
11. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
This policy does not replace the Refund Policy, which governs return eligibility, return shipping, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and product-specific limitations. Submitting a cancellation or address-change request does not mean it can still be completed.
