ART OF SURVIVAL

Adapt before the world decides for you.

A resilience company built around human performance, disciplined research, practical preparation, and public-impact work—with each mission governed on its own terms.

THE ART OF SURVIVAL ECOSYSTEM

Five missions. One purpose: help people adapt, perform, and protect what matters.

Art of Survival pursues that purpose through the FAST nutrition study, health and martial-arts training, gun-violence prevention, supplements and merchandise, and practical business technology. Each program has its own evidence, safeguards, and responsibilities.

01

PRIMARY INITIATIVE

MVNI / FAST Study

The Minimal Viable Nutrition Experiment asks a practical question: during severe food scarcity, could a precisely controlled essential-amino-acid strategy help preserve muscle, clear thinking, and useful physical capability? The project is still seeking qualified medical, scientific, and institutional ownership; no intervention or recruitment is active.

CORE BRAND

Health, Fitness & Martial Arts

The public-facing Art of Survival brand is about becoming more capable: strength, conditioning, martial arts, recovery, discipline, and practical preparation. The Cheat Codes series turns useful evidence into practical habits without promising universal outcomes or presenting training content as clinical proof.

03

PUBLIC-IMPACT INITIATIVE

Gun Violence Reduction Program

GVRP makes credible prevention knowledge easier to find and use. It covers mass- and school-violence prevention, community violence strategies, safe crisis routing, and responsible local action—without profiling, vigilantism, or automated accusation.

COMMERCE

Supplements & Merchandise

The shop supports the broader brand through supplements, apparel, and merchandise for people interested in training and preparedness. Products are not presented as validated by the proposed study or endorsed by the public-impact program.

BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY

Survival Technology

A separate B2B service lane for practical AI, workflow automation, and software systems. Its purpose is to help organizations adapt operationally—not to borrow scientific or public-interest authority from the other programs.

NUMBERS WORTH A SECOND LOOK

Three facts. Three very different survival problems.

3 of 9 BCAAs are only three of the nine essential amino acids. That distinction sharpens the FAST question. 36 Current supplement listings mapped into product-specific, label-first evidence pages. 63% Reported decline in monthly youth homicide victims after Boston Operation Ceasefire—an outcome worth studying without pretending it is a copy-and-paste recipe.

01 · MVNI / FAST

Can essential amino acids help preserve muscle and performance when ordinary food is unavailable?

FAST is a planning-stage research proposal about severe food scarcity: what happens to lean tissue, clear thinking, strength, and useful physical performance when the body relies heavily on stored fat and receives a precisely defined essential-amino-acid formulation? The first task is to find qualified investigators who can decide whether the question can be tested safely and credibly.

02 · HEALTH, FITNESS & MARTIAL ARTS

Train for capability—not appearance alone.

This is the connective brand lane: strength, conditioning, martial arts, recovery, discipline, and practical adaptation. It can inform documentary storytelling and support the commercial shop, but it does not convert training content or products into scientific evidence.

03 · GUN VIOLENCE REDUCTION PROGRAM

Prevention before the emergency.

GVRP translates credible mass- and school-violence-prevention resources into public education, safe routing, and responsible community action. Its Action Hub draws from official and primary sources—including the Violence Prevention Project Research Center at Hamline University, the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center, the FBI, and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline—without implying affiliation or endorsement.

FAST PROGRAM WORKSTREAMS

Four workstreams needed to test one question.

Research defines the question. Performance testing measures function. Recovery planning protects the return to normal intake and activity. Documentary work records the process without controlling the science. None of these workstreams is active research or proof that the idea works.

SCIENTIFIC LANE

Research

Evidence review, testable questions, protocol development, data governance, safety monitoring, and independent critique.

VALIDATION LANE

Performance

Strength, movement, cognition, adherence, and repeatable measurement under controlled conditions.

RESTORATION LANE

Recovery

A brand-neutral workstream for readiness, restoration, and evidence-informed evaluation. No current company partnership is implied.

STORY LANE

Documentary

Independent production that explains the process without controlling or overstating the science.

PUBLIC STATUS

Planning and investigator acquisition

  • No claim of IRB or institutional approval.
  • No sponsor or recovery brand is presented as a current partner.
  • No public recruitment or research intervention is active.
  • Scientific, commercial, documentary, community, and technology programs remain separately governed.
