TRANSPARENCY AND SAFEGUARDING

Boundaries are part of prevention.

What GVRP does, what it does not do, how information is handled, and which capabilities remain deliberately unavailable.

Conceptual editorial image—not a live case-management system, confidential record, or external governance review.

No threat intake

GVRP does not investigate people, accept threat reports, maintain watchlists, assign danger scores, or provide emergency response.

No automated accusation

No facial recognition, demographic profiling, dangerousness scoring, secret watchlists, or automated allegations are part of this program.

Forms remain inactive

Specialized inquiries stay disabled until named owners, privacy review, safeguarding, retention, deletion, and routing controls are approved.

Evidence before claims

Sources and review dates are published; outputs are not presented as proof of prevented violence; material relationships must be disclosed.

Inquiry governance

Access, retention, deletion, service providers, security practices, and analytics exclusions must be documented before information collection is activated.

Public relationships

No organization, creator, sponsor, public official, or practitioner is described as affiliated, endorsing, or participating without documented agreement and public-naming permission.

Excluded capabilities

Threat intake, surveillance, facial recognition, demographic profiling, dangerousness scoring, secret watchlists, automated accusations, and rewards tied to reporting a person remain outside the program.
